Q. What is available to pre-order?
A. Panettone and mince pies of course! Plus a couple of our AAW favourites.

Q. Why pre-order!?
A. It’s simple! You can now relax knowing you have already secured your treats for the big day. No early wake-up call to stand in line.

Q. Where do I place an order?
A. Right here! This is the place. You've found it. Please order from the correct menu according to your desired pick-up date. 

Q. Which store can I pick up from?
A. Northcote, Thornbury, and Ivanhoe East are all available for pick-up.
Please select which store you’d like to pick up from when you check out. 

Q. Which dates will pre-order pick-ups be available?
A. Saturday the 14th of December
Sunday the 15th of December
Friday the 20th of December
Saturday the 21st of December
Sunday the 22nd of December
Monday the 23rd of December
Tuesday the 24th of December.
Each menu is allocated a pick-up date, so please make sure you order from the correct one.

Q. What if I want to pick up orders on different dates?
A. You will need to make separate orders for each date that you'd like to pick up. There is no surcharge on pre-orders, so feel free to place as many as you like!

Q. What time can I pick up my order?
A. Northcote: 8am - 12pm
Thornbury: 9am - 12pm
Ivanhoe East: 9am - 12pm
We recommend picking up early from Northcote to beat the queue!

Q. Will I still be able to buy panettone and mince pies on the day?
A. Yes… but we expect to sell out early. If you already know what you want, you might as well pre-order!

Q. Are you offering delivery on pre-orders?
A. Sadly, no! We hope you can make it to one of our locations.
