FOH Leadership Role - 4/5 days p/w
We are looking for a seasoned hospitality professional who has experience in leading a team and loves a good system. Must have strong people and customer service skills. Bonus points if you can pour a nice latte. This role is perfect for someone who has the skills to manage but is looking for a good work life balance.

Baker - 38 hours, 4 days p/w
Generally we are looking for previous Bread Baking Experience. Our production is high volume and our space is small therefore we are not set up to take on people with limited experience. Good communication skills and a love of all things Sourdough are a must.
Role responsibilities include
- Mixing doughs
- Baking a variety of bread products
- Hand shaping a range of high hydration doughs
- Food preparation for savoury products
- Creative product development opportunities
- Maintaining high food safety standards
Pastry Chef - 38 hours, 4 days p/w
We are looking for someone with Baking/ Viennoiserie Experience, good communication skills and a love of all things pastry.
Role responsibilities include
- Mixing and Laminating doughs
- Baking a variety of Viennoiserie products and all things sweet
- Food preparation for savoury products
- Creative Product development opportunities
- Maintaining high food safety standards
