Introduction to Bread Making.
This class is great for anyone interested in learning to make bread for the first time, or for those bakers who have some experience making bread but would like to know more about how to choose flour, maintain sourdough starter, and mix dough until it’s fully developed.
We’ll discuss proving techniques and bake some delicious bread together. All participants will leave the class with a better understanding of the bread-making process, as well as with a bread proving basket and dough scraper to continue the learning at home.
To further make this special, 100% of ticket sales to these classes will be donated to Bushfire Relief funds.
Classes will be run as a 10 person group and last 1.5 hours with a snack of Bread & Cheese in the middle.
Class Dates are Sunday the 26th of January and Sunday the 2nd of February starting at 4pm.
Both classes will take place at All Are Welcome, 190 High Street Northcote
