Sarafian Toum is a Lebanese Garlic Sauce made from fresh garlic, locally farmed lemon juice, non-GMO Australian canola oil and pink lake salt from the Grampians. Toum is best used as a condiment or as a seasoning for meat or vegetables while cooking.
